late delivery late

Morning everyone

So Today Morning I just see my account very strange.

So last summer I have few late delivery late as carrier did not picked up on time. It was happened last July. The late delivery late was stay until Last December because Ebay canceled it. But Today morning the same just appeared again for 5 different items what shows the date last July and these are already cencelled last december How shows again ???? It is some glitch again???

God knows. I have no idea how 28 late deliveries out of like 3000 works out at 5% so i've lost my top seller and i expected to see it say "you will be top seller in may" but nah still shows me as way over the 3%

And yeh, a couple of mine have done the same. It's almost like the ebay system has re-evaluated all tracking for past year and reclassified some if they think the seller is at fault. I'm annoyed i must have had my settings wrong and so had 14 late dispatches in march which has nailed me. I still should be under 3% tho.

With this one, it really depends. When you have more than 400 transactions in the past 3 months, we count all those transactions, but when you have fewer than 400 transactions in the past 3 months, we'll count all your transactions from the last 12 months.

I'm presuming that you probably had less than 400 transactions, and that's why you can see the full year including the one you're referring to. If this is not the case, please let me know and I will be happy to take a further look.
