I just had a chat with a rep who promised to put a smile on my face and remove a neutral feedback. Instead, I got message with a blank space next to the reason and comment for that (blank space) reason the feedback will not be removed. There was no reason given yet the decision was made. Apparently the buyer is always right. The buyer did not read my description and left a neutral feedback because she was hoping the item was larger than what I stated.

I can't see a neutral feedback on your feedback profile page.

Did you message the buyer at all?
Politely explaining that the dimensions in the listing do not show the item to be 34 inches , but ** inches, and ask them if they would kindly accept a feedback revision they can complete.
It's worth a shot.

I was so glad to learn that ebay still listen to sellers. I had no issues with them removing my feedback. They confirmed I did nothing wrong and apparently a neutral feedback can also be removed.
