Why cant I edit the small bio on my listing? Just above the Submit Now bar, it doesnt appear....?

The small bio above the Submit Now bar doesnt appear when Iam editing, any ideas please?

I think that would be the Condition box just above the description box. The only reason I can think why you can’t edit it is if you already have a bid on your item. If you have a bid it won’t allow you to change the description or condition.

The same text appears in Item Specifics, under Seller Notes.  Can you edit it there?

Are you on a PC or the app?

Is the box greyed out so you can't select the text to edit it?

I've just gone in to one of my active listings & can edit it OK using Firefox, so it might be the browser causing problems - I've had updates over the last couple of days, both Windows & Firefox.

Might be worth trying another browser and/or a different listing in a different catogory to check if it's a glitch within records?

If you're on the app i've read that uninstalling & re-instlling can sometimes help, but I don't use the app so never tried it myself.

Thanks very much for your kind suggestion.

When I tried on the app (android) per your suggestion the full listing was
visible, so I could edit.

On the website browser it did not show up.

Something I will bear in mind next time.
