Simple (laughable title) delivery

Attempted to list an item today. Already have selected to use royal mail as don't like evri. I checked preview and it said royal mail but when listing went live it changed to cheaper standard tracked and doesn't say who this is. Anybody have a solution because soooo frustrating. How come anything that supposedly smart or simple is NEVER

Have you edited your Simple Delivery preferences to exclude Evri?

Well I would cancel the listing it again , if it does my advice I would contact CS and tell them . I only use Royal Mail and have never had it happen to me .

Simpke Delivery doesn't currently specify the actual carrier being used on the listing, just gives the buyer a choice between 'Standard' and 'Express' delivery.  Provided you have excluded Evri then both of those options should be Royal Mail, Tracked 48 and 24 respectively.

As per the discussion in messages #2 and #3; your package will likely be sent by Royal Mail. When you deselected Evri there should have been a message "You can exclude a courier from all active listings that use Simple Delivery. There may be exceptions where preferred couriers are unavailable due to your location or package size."
