Simple delivery

Once again another parcel the simple delivery using DHL failed to collect that is two parcels not collected in less than a week. I contacted eBay today and put a complaint in and told them the simple delivery just don’t work and it should be up to the sellers to choose what courier they want. I also put in for a refund on the postage as well which will take around 30 days. Now I’m in the same situation again if it don’t get collected next day I have to issue a refund to the buyer.

The key issue is the courier being unable to complete their daily tasks. I have huge sympathy for delivery drivers. That said, these Boards are littered with Sellers in a similar situation to yours this month. Please get on to the courier's CS when the first pick up is missed! Don't make it easy for overworked drivers to postpone your particular job again and again.
