After being forced to use Simple Delivery I now find that there is no option to have my parcel collected from home. I am using Royal Mail who have always offered this option. On the Simple Delivery help page it says this IS an option but it did not appear when I used it.

You can book a collection on the Royal Mail website after printing the Simple Delivery label. Just copy and paste the RM tracking number. This service now costs 30p per item.

In addition to message #2, it's unlikely they will be able to bring a label - i.e. you will need to print the label yourself. Apparently ebay/RM are working to add this feature in the future - but as of a few days ago, it wasn't there yet.

You are correct: you have to print the label yourself.
Hopefully they'll also add Evri pick-ups. The only time I use them is if something is too big for RM so also too big for me to carry to my local Evri parcel shop.

Simple Delivery has complicated the living daylights out of a simple process of selling and posting out items. I have sold 2 items this week, used to be 30 or more. I am using SD for the 1st time and as I don't have a printer, requested a RM collection plus label. This is now a 30p additional charge. However after reading above I'm now worried that the postie will not be bringing any printed labels, am I wrong, will they bring or do I need to cancel the orders and just push off as enough is enough. We know we are not wanted but does it have to be cut by cut until we all bleed out ?

To do this, you have to go to Royal Mail's website, and request a collection, you do this by inserting the tracking number and selecting collection, there is a 30p charge I believe.

My printer was playing up , I went to PO ,they asked me if I had the QR code , i took my I pad in PO , I said no as I thought I could print at home .. they allowed me to link to their printer , it cost me 50 p , but if you opt for the QR code they will print it for free .
