So I've sold something and thanks to this the buyer has selected easy postage 2nd class letter - maximum depth 0.5 cm. The item is a greater depth than that (eye pencil in box) - add any padding to keep it safe etc. So basically I will be paying more...

Resolved! Simple Delivery

Is Simple Delivery mandatory now ? used to be able to select custom postage option but it’s not available now. Just tried listing and Simple Delivery is the only option for postage
