Is it possible for items being sold by auction to be renewed automatically if unsold at the end of the auction period? I ask this because it is such a pain having to relist lots of items individually.

Using Seller Hub, when you are in a listing, in the pricing section (where you select auction or buy it now), over on the right is a selection marked "see pricing options". That drops down various options one of which is auto renewal. (I suspect this adds the option to the pricing section which you are then going to have to select. I also suspect that once enabled it will be there as an option on all your listings.)
I think you have to select it for each listing.

You can set an auction to automatically relist up to 8 times if unsold.
In the listing form, scroll down to Pricing. Click on the 'See pricing options' icon top right and select to Auto relist:

Thanks to you and the previous poster for the very helpful information. My problem has been solved and I am very pleased to find that I do not have to select each listing individually - I have checked a few of my auction listings at random and have selected the first one for auto renewal I found that they have all been amended which is great.
I am very grateful.

If the auction item does not sell first time round, why would you think it would on subsequent relists? As a buyer, the listings are becoming a chore to browse as newly listed items are becoming scarce these days, well on ebay at least.
