Our sales have completely collapsed this week after a couple of good months. On Wednesday sales were down by almost half, today Thursday 21st down 75%. Is it because of Black Friday making our items less visible? We make such low margins on E-bay these days that we can't even offer 5% off for Black Friday as we would then make almost nothing, and if we gave 10% by the time you take into account E-bay fees, postage, packaging costs and VAT, we would be losing money on many items.
Has anyone else seen the same pattern?
