A buyer of mine has refused to pay for items won in an auction bid due to the fact that I am unable to reduce the postal costs for multiple items. They would be sent in one package together hence why a reduced postal cost. In previous days I have been able to send an invoice and reduce the costs accordingly. Now ebay are sending out invoices this facility seems to have been shelved. What with the new Buyer protection scheme and the forthcoming Simple delivery scheme, I think the time has come when ebay are simply making it difficult for us sellers. It might be free to sell but in fact it is costing us buyers. Time to knock ebay on the head I feel. Being a pensioner this has given me an interest in retirement in trying to dismantle a collection of memorablia collected over the years. Such a shame. Bye.
