If I cancel a sale with promoted listing do I get a refund for this?

Depends which Promotion you selected,  if the General one,  this is charged when the item sells,  so ending that item before it being sold,  will not incur that Ad fee.

If you selected the Promotion which involves a charge for any clicks made on the item,  think it's called  'Priority Promotion 'those will be charged up to the time you end that listing.

Thanks, what I mean if I sell the item and then cancel the sale, will I get a refund for the promoted listing charge.

Only  the one where u pay per sale. The one u pay per click u don't.
