Printing 6x4 labels with simple shipping

Any way to change the label print format to 6x4 instead of A4? I have a dedicated thermal printer with labels set up with Royal Mail for 6x4, but obviously it can't handle A4....

I can just use Photoshop to resize it, but it's a lot more messing around, and I'm pretty sure ebay previously had the option to print to 6x4 in the past.... Any help?

If you get the label as a pdf it should print in 6x4 on that label printer no problem.
