And Im also hoping someone from Ebay will see this as I am at my wits end
I sold a £500 chandelier to a buyer in France on saturday.. Buyer contacted me in the morning, because she had received a message from Ebay saying I dont post to France...I DO...and I checked my postage countries and France was not ticked as being excluded....anyway for some reason all of a sudden it went through
Yah ...buyer was delighted
Then I realised that I hadnt ticked the correct postal box size...i needed the super size
After speaking to Ebay they advised me to cancel the order and relist to change the box size
I was loathe to do that as I suspected it would happen again...and it has..buyer cannot buy as she constantly gets the message I dont post to France
She is so angry and upset..she has told me she thinking off just giving up and will never buy off ebay again
I am about to lose a £500 sale and the buyer thinking badly of & ebay
The same thing happened to a buyer from Norway...same message...but after a couple of hours it went through
I am baffled as to what to do next...hours spent speaking to customer service...messages back 7 forth from france
This is not good Ebay
