Order details

Has anyone else experienced this. On a few occasions i have had mismatched order details. The Personalisation request and the order details are different. It has happened me a few times and i have had to refund items, Send replacements and the buyers decide to keep the ones received .So it's costing me time and money ,I have contacted eBay about this twice ,The solution i was given was to contact each buyer and confirm the order details. `Both times i was told an IT Ticket had been opened and i would receive an update  within 48hrs the last contact about the issue was over 2 weeks ago and still no update.I have attached a few pics EB1.jpgEB2.jpg

Order details

Unfortunately I don't know about this but what I do know is ebay customer services are well known for their b/s, don't believe a word they say.  They're trained and empowered to do it, its totally scripted to get the caller off the phone any way they can.

 

That said, there are lots of helpful people on this forum and hopefully one of them will be along soon and be more helpful than I've been.
