Notification Bell Not Working Or Another EBay Change?

When selling items especially via best offer I usually get the notification bell lighting up with a red dot to show new  traffic, the same as when I get messages.

However I am now not getting any of these & my offers are only appearing on the overview page in the section that normally says things like " All caught up" or "Send offers" etc.

Also am not getting messages on best offers from buyers either.

Is this a glitch or another ebay change?

Any help would be gratefully received as I don't want to keep switching pages to see if I have offers etc.

A little update, I am still having the same issues as per my OP.

Contacted Ebay for help & they went though a few things ( As in enable / disable this & that ) all to no avail as the issue remains & they had sent it off for someone to look at ( Whatever that means ).

Inn the meantime, I am getting nowhere fast, if any has had the same or having the same issues, could you please help / advise.

I suddenly stopped getting emails to tell me items had sold, and I found the selling preference had got un-ticked.

Yes I have checked all my preferences, in fact I went so far as to make sure every single option was ticked & updated, but it did not help & still the same.
