Not getting offer notifications

Getting annoyed that I never get notifications about offers I am receiving on my items.

all my settings are correct/on both on phone and in app and still not getting anything through.

I could have sold an item 3 times this week had I known there was an offer on it.

Anyone got a clue what I can do?

Do you know when was the last time you received one? Also, if you confirm what email services you're using, I can take a further look, as in gmail or Outlook or other?

As a buyer only I never understand why there is no email notification if a seller sends me a best offer.  You have to spot it in eBay messages or look in Bids/Offers in My eBay.  It's weird   I don't have any problem receiving other eBay messages by email.

I don't get buyer or seller offer notifications either, and it's very frustrating. I've checked my Account settings. Other ebay messages are fine. My email provider is gmail

You're not alone. This has happened to me a few times in the last few weeks. Did you work out a solution?

Weirdly got a new phone recently and it works. Something somewhere not right.
I hope you get it sorted. It’s so annoying.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe I'll try deleting and reinstalling then. It certainly is!
