Hi,
Some facts regarding recent sale of item.
Item sold 29th October. item number 205794697559
Money paid to ebay.
Label printed and parcel deposited in couriers locker. I have photo of parcel.
Confirmation of sending item via courier received by seller.
Buyer reports item not received.
Courier states it has been delivered.
Money released into my account.
Buyer has not received email confirmation of delivery to his address which was correct on the label.
Therefore says it has not been delivered.
This is ongoing.
My question is, I have done all I should have done and is documented. If it is proved that the item has been delivered to the wrong address, will the buyer get their money refunded and from where?
Or in other words what is likely to be the outcome about this?
