Anyone else not getting email notifications for items sold?

Still not recivied confirmation order after purchure three items off ebay thins morning.

I notice the ebay bell on top right side said 'We ran into a problem and can't show your notifications right now.'

I've not had any for about 2 years!

I asked on here how to fix it- so I went and re-ticked all the relevant boxes.

Still nothing.

Asked Marco (ebay bod) to have a look......

Still nothing.

(given up selling now anyway unless S.D. gets relaxed ☹️)

Yes - also didn't get any security code emails or questions from buyers.

Sales notifications and security code emails came through about 13.50h UK time, but haven't had any questions through yet (although these are in my messages on eBay).

Update at 15.20pm

Recivied three email conformation orders and one ebay message from seller.

Ok so the final tally was 61 auction sales & 42 emails.

kat@ebay can this please be looked into. Are Ebay deliberately trying to make life difficult for sellers? Unlike private sellers Business sellers pay FVFs and in most cases monthly subscriptions and it seems that virtually every day Ebay have a computer glitch or an unwanted change to make our jobs harder.

I think there's an issue with notifications in general, or at least there was. I've sent messages to buyers today and had nothing back. Just followed up with a couple now and they said they didn't get any notifications from the earlier messages.

This feels like Ebay's mail server has got stuck and needs someone to shake it. Being a weekend / bank holiday there has been no one on site to give it a regular thump. I'd expect it to go back to normal from today.

To add ... yesterday morning I had an exchange of messages with a potential buyer. I have just received the email copies of theses messages, nearly 22 hours later.

(The Ebay mail server is a forty year old Commodore 64 that sits in Ebay towers in a corridor on a wobbly table with a sign saying "Shake me" on top; every one walking past, from the CEO to the mail boy, automatically gives it a jiggle. At the weekend there are few walking past.  😀 )
