New Payment Policy

Not happy with the new policy many of my items are a pound or two so to then add tracking will put many buyers off - I mainly sell and post 2nd class for anything under £10 as you are covered by RM insurance if hey dont deliver.    If it doesnt work out then i will move to the relevant market place sites on Facebook and use those instead- payment is instant and no total control from the likes of EBay

We’ve also heard your feedback and understand that shipping costs are particularly top of mind for low price items. When you’re selling a single item for £10 or less, and it’s sent untracked, funds will now be available 24 hours after you receive positive buyer feedback. This will be live by the end of February.

These days sellers are lucky if they get any feedback🤔

Two things 

1 - why do you insist on this new policy for established sellers whose feedback does not show sending items is an issue 

2. - why do you assume everyone gives feedback - onlt about 60% of mine give feedback sio i wiklk be waiting weeks for your payments to cone through

Please be aware,   you are not speaking to eBay here,  we are members like yourself, so all Private Sellers are now under the same umbrella for receiving payouts.

First sale under the new policy 9th Feb.  Sold a few items packed together and tracked and sent 10th.  Recieved by the purchaser on 12th no funds received and eventually they acknowledged an email said as I packaged several together - and gave them all the same tracking - they had to assume those packed were not trcked so were holding on to my funds 

They have not replied when i asked does that mean we have to post each item separately ?    Eventually got paid on the 16th
