Why am I paying fees to list when its free for 300 listings, only listed 10 so far

Are you using any optional listing upgrades, for example listing items for under a 5 day duration incurs a non refundable listing fee of 35p payable sale or no sale and charged the second the item goes live.
Add any of the following optional listing upgrades, and they all come with a non refundable listing fee.
Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)
Subtitles: £2
Listing in 2 catagories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p
As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button, glance just above it, it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.
If there is a fee amount listed there, you have selected an upgrade, and if you wish, it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.

I believe it is because you are listing as 5 day auctions instead of 7, which is free for private sellers.

It looks like you may have gone over the 300 limit last month, in which case your extra listings would cost 35p.
It should tell you what you've been charged for.

5 day auction style listings are free for private sellers.

Ah, good to know. I tried to find the auction fees before posting but they don't make it easy.

Just one more reply and a tip if I may ! 🤗
Your items have a ' ceiling level' for a price, they are bot rare / one off, or vintage items, so most / all can be listed in a Buy it Now format.
Those automatically relist if not sold in 30 days, and that auto relist is not counted in your next months's allowance of 300.
Worth switching then, perhaps from auction to a fixed price, Buy it Now format.
