Is Simple Delivery now mandatory?

Well its the 16th of April and I am still being given the (very welcome) option of custom delivery.  I'd like to think it is because ebay have seen sense and decided to let sellers choose.  More likely they have run into problems rolling it out and kicked the can down the road a few days.  Anyone know what the story is?

As far as I can see the story is that its going absolutely as planned, no problems at ebay’s end and no can kicking. 

The roll out is staggered, I got full-on SD last weekend, and I’m sure I’m not the only one!
