Invoicing

I have read previous threads about not being able to raise an invoice and combine postage for multiple purchases from the same buyer.  The latest of these was March 2025. Has there been any update? I've just tried and it's telling me I can't combine postage because Ebay are managing the postage.  Any help appreciated

A seller cannot send an invoice with simple delivery and eBay should combine postage IF the buyer adds all items to the basket prior to payment,this wont work for auctions i believe.

The other way is eBay will refund the buyer postage if the label is unused or if the seller sends free postage a refund can be claimed within 14 days if tracked postage is used.
