Invoices

Is there any update on invoices? And what ebay are doing about it?  I have spent most of the day sending refunds its getting very confusing and my customers are not impressed about it

Spoke to an Ebay assistant earlier about it. Unfortunately her English phrasing wasn't great but she seemed to say that "It might get fixed or it might not". Which I found slightly odd to say the least...
