Feedback removal

Is it possible to have feedback removed when an item has been sent back only because the buyer changed their mind.

I want to relist but don't want others to see it as sold

No positive feedback can be removed , changed.  The negative and neutral are too old to change.

Wouldn't worry so much about someone wondering why the item has been relisted you could have 2 identical items.  Under duplication rules,  they cannot be listed on separate listing at the same time.

If you wish,  perhaps change the description a little, and change the main photo ?

No, it isn't. The item will also still show in your "sold items" when you relist it.

It isn't likely to be something a buyer would take any notice of.

buyer has agreed to remove negative feedback yesterday, I checked today and it’s still there.
