Fake fragrance

Hi there. I don’t know if I’m the right place to complain about t my complain. I bought a fragrance but it’s fake so I opened a return but the seller just closed the case. Can eBay help me get the money back? Is there any way to call eBay and speak to someone? Please help

I don't really understand this. If you opened a return case (Item not as Described presumably) the seller can refuse the return but he can't close the case, only Ebay can do that. Are you sure the case is not still open? If the seller doesn't accept the return what ought to happen is Ebay force a refund to you and you keep the fragrance.

Did you open the return within 30 days, and what reason did you select for the return?

Sellers can't refuse item not as described returns that are opened in time.
