Error when sending offers

When trying to send an offer to a buyer through messages, I am able to type the amount to send but when I proceed I get an error preventing me from sending the offer. I cannot send the offer from the seller section either and changing browser, logging in and out etc so I seem to be stuck. Worried I am going to lose a sale because of this as the buyer is considering other sellers. Any way to get around this error?

eBay revealed at OPEN25 that they are going to merge offers into messaging, which seems like good news for us all.

Until then, I would report this glitch directly to eBay (instead of here to other Sellers like you). To do this best:
