Ebay fees

Have just been informed by you that you have tried to take money from our bank account aligned with our ebay account and that it was declined.

There is no reason, it should have been declined there were funds in the account.

#Please URGENTLY advise why this has happened?

I think you may have to contact eBay customer service direct as this is the community platform.. Try this link to contact.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

If the payment has been declined by your bank then you need to contact your bank to find out why.

This could be a scam - perhaps not a good idea to click on any link but contact eBay direct.

Yes, good point.  @prunited if it is legitimate then it should be in your eBay messages as well being sent by email.
