Someone found the dates yesterday and posted them. Just thought it made sense to make it easier to find.
It's in the Help Section under Opt out
Simple Delivery will be the only listing option as of 15th April and they will start adjusting current listings from the 7th April.
So at least we know where the Iceberg is now.

This was in the press newspapers .THE Post Office is refusing to accept parcels with eBay labels after the secondhand website updated its delivery options.
The FAQs section of the eBay website tells customers If your parcel exceeds the maximum size and weight of the label, and you listed using our recommended size and weight for your item, you won't have to pay any additional costs. Just go ahead and use the Simple Delivery postage label, as we’ve made sure the carrier will accept your package for delivery.”
This means that your parcel should not be refused and you should not have to pay extra postage to send it.
But sellers have complained that the post office has refused to accept their packages with Simple Delivery labels.
One person told the newspaper Just come back from my local Post Offices and thought I would just post on here that both have now instructed their staff to refuse eBay parcels if they are labelled incorrectly.

Evri won't deliver to our house even though we have a safe place for parcels at our home ,they told us that they don't have time to deliver to every door where we live, so they just dump the parcels in an unsecure box several hundred yards from our home ,anyone can access the box and we haven't authorised evri to leave the parcels there .How will ebay get around that one then because I shouldn't have to go looking for my parcels ,especially with the BPF where i live is a small village so evri are paid to deliver to my door I am not going to pay for something that I am not getting .

well Ebay say don't worry if the parcel is the wrong size as royal mail have agreed to take it ,but as the Post office are refusing simple delivery parcels that are wrong lets see how long royal mail will take to refuse them ,so a wasted label and will ebay then charge again for another label when the mistake was really theirs .

Ebay want to help business sellers with sales as they are not included in the simple delivery yet ,but it has been mentioned that ebay will soon be adding simple delivery to them too later this year

There is no official mention anywhere.
In fact it was stated in this week’s chat by the eBay community team that there are NO plans to role SD out to business sellers.
I asked the question as I thought it could be in their plans, but apparently not so (yet anyway!)

This would be the same Community Team that has maintained that ebay's Fantasy Delivery Date stupidity has been working properly for over a year.
Are you naive enough to believe anything they say?

Is this the same weekly chat where Kat from the community team said on 28 March 2025 that people could choose their own postage until simple delivery becomes mandatory eventually?
Only days later it became mandatory, yet Kat was seemingly blissfully unaware of what was just about to be announced. Either that or economical with the truth at the time.
So, you can't rely on them to be honest and transparent with you. Either their community team are not told what is going on, or they are not telling us the truth of what is going on.
Now I would say that obviously they wouldn't lie to us, or mislead us, so it must be that Kat just didn't have any knowledge of what was coming only days later.

I think I will leave listings on if the new postage is sensible and looks correct. Anything overpriced or wrong I'll take off and wait and see if ebay fixes things.
