Can't withdraw my funds. Why is Ebay not allowing me to withdraw my sales receipts?

I recently sold an item and Can't withdraw my funds. Why is Ebay not allowing me to withdraw my sales receipts?

The so called 'NEW ' process says there is a 'Withdraw' option in the sellers hub which we can opt for at any time to transmit funds to our bank accounts. . If there is, it is well hidden. i have spent over 2 hours trying every screen I can find and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WITHDRAW OPTION.  This suggests to me that Ebay are deliberately witholding funds.  Why ?

Oh me too: i ended up in tears over this; i thought it was just me as i am old and female and blonde, but i went round and round in circles till i could have screamed. i have been selling the family silver to raise funds and the first one went really well, and i got my dosh. Then i made two more sales and i now have £129 just sitting there, it's just not fair!!! i despair. can anyone help? i have lost faith in Ebay and that's a shame. Using the 'help bot' was worse than useless. When i said, ' how do i withdraw my balance' it just asked me to explain what i meant.

HiI can't exactly remember now! But I think I hadn't scrolled down enough (or up). It was easy after that and I got my money with no problem. I've just sold another item so when the money comes in I'll check what I do and reply to you again.

Have you tried this, from the previous page?

”After putting in amount you want to withdraw, (you do need to put an amount in, which triggers the bottom withdraw to go blue rather than grey), do you scroll right to the very bottom, that's where the withdraw sign is, past all ebays gumph.”

it can often be hidden, just out of view.

If you are on a laptop, go to the top right of the page and click on the 3 dots. This will open new tabs and also let you change the zoom. Zoom down to 80% and then you will see the end of the box where the withdraw button is.

hi

i am new here: if there are 308 messages about members not being able to withdraw their money, can we assume that EBay managers / whatever just never look at this forum; i read somewhere that there is a glitch and eBay are working on it to fix it: so why the heck don't they put out a message to all sellers (indeed, all eBay members) to explain?  this situation reduced me to tears 😢  after spending literally hours trying to get my funds transferred to my bank. Is there something we should know? Is eBay going bust? do they care about us? it's just not good manners,

I've had exactly the same problem.   I did receive a quarterly payout last month but I want to receive my payouts as soon as possible after selling an item.   Like you - I sent them screen shots pointing out there was no 'withdraw' icon to force a payment - but they seemed unable/unwilling to help - just saying the 'withdraw' icon was there when it wasn't.   Complained by email for a couple of months but gave up as I was getting no-where and didn't know where to progress my complaint further.   Perhaps thy should pay interest on held funds???

If you are not seeing that withdraw button , have you seen the above possible solution?

On a laptop / PC go top right click on the 3 vertical dots.

From there go to Zoom and adjust it to 80% or tweak the % to suit your device,  then the withdraw button should appear bottom right corner.

Try the above ,  hopefully it will work for you.

To withdraw funds, click the arrow on the right by the 'ebay balance'. An info box appears, scroll to the very bottom of this and you will see a blue 'withdraw' button. Click on this and specify how much you want to withdraw.If you are on a laptop, you might need change the view - zoom down to 80% and then you will see the end of the box where the withdraw button is.
