Buyers in the UK cannot bid on this item!

I have just had a disturbing message from a potential buyer saying he cannot place a bid on one of my items because he is in the UK!!

I have had a look at my listing and cannot see anything obviously wrong. But am I having the same problems with all my listings for some reason??

Or is it a problem with my buyer maybe?

At what point is the bid rejected? Because I can open the bid window, type an amount and go to 'Review Bid' but I don't want to submit an actual bid, obviously.

I've just clicked on the link you gave and it's showing up as sold (Best Offer accepted) at 11:17 this morning.

Problem solved then?

I can see your item was sold, and I tried replicating this with your other items, but all seems ok. Can I just confirm with you that it is all working ok from your end?

The item did sell, but only by accepting their offer. He could not place a bid, just got the message that UK bidders could not bid on this item.

Yes it is sold, but that doesnt give us an explanation as to why the bid was rejected. I have sold items to them before with no problems.

Marco as far as I am aware things are working, but not getting many bids!
