Once the auction has ended, you won't be given their name and delivery address details until they pay. Buyers select their delivery address at checkout.
You can see the country they're registered in on their feedback profile page, but this may not be the country they're having the item delivered to (for example, if they're an international buyer they may have a UK freight forwarding company they use).
