I understand the 75p + 4%. With the other new rule - eBay not paying the seller until after receipt from buyer? How will this work? Assuming the seller uses tracked / signed post and a lazy postman dumps the item on the doorstep or through the letterbox - because no-one is in or he/she cannot be bothered to obtain a signature. How do eBay know the parcel has been received and what happens to the sellers funds in that instance?
When Simple Delivery comes in as mandatory for Private sellers sometime before March we are led to believe, then if there's no tracking to show delivery, payouts will be held for 14 days before release.
