Bulk shipping not working

Bulk shipping is not working on any browser or from the eBay app. I get a message "no healthy upstream " anyone else had this issue.

If you have an unhealthy upstream does it need to eat more vegetables?

I noticed the same thing - it appears eBay have shut down the link we were using - perhaps it was simply an old little used link - but I found another link that works - you need to login and then use
