Login into eBay on desktop mode and try and generate a report on sales to date this year and keep getting a 'we ran into a problem, try again later' message.
Been like this for a few weeks now.
(it was working fine).
Anyone else getting this issue?

Hi daewoo_uk, thanks for your reply.
I was checking for you there, and I wasn't able to replicate the issue from my end. Could you please confirm what report are you trying to download and share a screenshot of the error that you get, so I can take a further look for you?
Thank you,
Marco

Having to delete your cookies every time you want to run a report is not a solution!
I'm using Chrome and I get the download error every time.
I clear my cookies, it works.
Then of course, I have to log in again for every website I use, often with multi-factor authentication.
This is a bug. It's needs fixing.
