Are these listings against the rules?

The descriptions say the seller will take 50% of any revenue on a monthly basis, surely this is against eBay selling practices?

Multiple listings of the same item

Wasn't there a rule against this?I don't mean variations in a single listing, but when a seller posts the same item half a dozen times or so, and does that with all of their listings, thereby filling pages.
