I might need to get hubby onto this he is a little more techincal than I am.
Do we have to scan every listing or just until we are used to it, it sounds like it coud take up a lot more time.

Agree with you Jasper. What's wrong with eBay scanning your items and sending an email saying pass or fail. If fail do this....

@archive_autographs, your 177 items have no active content, but they do have links to repair that point to your shop categories. You do want to repair those. You could replace those in bulk in eBay's Bulk Edit and Replace tool. See instructions on this US post for help finding BEAR, but you won't be using the Sandbox tool.
Paste into the top "find" window of BEAR
Paste into the bottom "replace" window of BEAR
Then "save" to process.
