15% Coupon Codes added to my items without my knowledge

I've just discovered that 15% Coupon Codes have been added to all but one of my listed items.  I hope I'm right in thinking that ebay will be covering the cost of the discount and that I will still get the full item price, but could somebody confirm that as I've never had this happen before.

Ebay have recently been adding discount codes to some Private Seller accounts.  The discount is covered by eBay so you will still receive the full item price.  You should have received an email/message from eBay informing you of this, something along the lines of the following:

We wanted to let you know that you may notice some of your listings benefit from an eBay-paid for coupon. This means that the items you’re selling will be even more appealing to buyers browsing.

There’s nothing you need to do. Buyers will see a discount applied at checkout, but you’ll still receive the full listing price - we’ll cover the coupon value.'

Many thanks for your reply.  I haven't seen an email about it but I'm glad to hear that ebay are covering the cost.

The discounted cost isn't shown until the interested buyer clicks on the listing.  I realise that it may be a bit churlish to quibble, but I can't help thinking it would be more effective to show the discounted cost in the search results!
