i'm having an issue when i go to get an evri prepared label from items i have sold when i click the ''Get Prepaid Label and QR code'' it comes is saying ' something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label '

You'll need to contact eBay Customer Services see if they can confirm any tech issues,  and help you issue the required label.

Contact them tomorrow at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

As said  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
