Ebay forgot abut sellers with oversized parcels! i can't select any other service than Royal Mail and Evri but both are not taken oversized parcels at their shops! so how do i can book any other courier through ebay or how do i can setup Custom postage with diffrent service with right price for service?

Essentially no. After spending months buying my own postage and asking ebay to refund theirs, I learned
if you use Evri, and your parcel is within "No one side can exceed 120cm and the length plus circumference (sum of the 2 shortest sides x 2) cannot exceed 245cm in total"., then you select the postage based on WEIGHT. This can work out at sensible postage for light items only.
I had created a business account before I learned this.
The business account works fine for postage BUT you pay fees and details are sent to HMRC (when you sell x items or earn £y). YOu cannot change a business account back to a non-business one.

That is correct you cannot, but you can have a business account and a separate Private one, this to sell your unwanted used items.
All you need is a new email address and new username ID.
You're allowed to have more than one account with eBay.

I have the same issue. I've just cancelled a £150 order because I couldn't work out a way of getting the item to the buyer within the Ebay system. We desperately need a way to switch off "Simple Delivery" for such items. It used to be that I could use DHL within "Simple Delivery" to collect oversized items. Currently that is unavailable. In the "Simple Delivery" control panel it states that only Royal Mail collect from my address - which may be something to do with it? No idea why - they are happy to collect from my address in other contexts. Royal Mail won't touch items larger than their "medium" package, of course.

It‘s still an issue 8 month on. I just lost a sale worth £500, for congas and bongos.

Still no options March 26.

How did you set up your own postage policy? The issue is still Not Revolver March 26 - will have to move all Krems to REverb @ 5% selling fees.

It is 24th April 2026 and STILL no end to this utter nonsense of parcels bigger than 61x46x46.
This is NOT an oversized parcel. This is a very ordinary sized parcel. How does anyone sell anything over 61cm long???????
