hi the buyer sent item back but we agreed I wouldn`t pay the costs of posting as there was nothing wrong with item, she just decided didnt want, but i cannot change the amount to refund
If the buyer is sending back an item for the reason .... change of mind then they pay for the fully tracked return postage , but you do have to fully refund everything the buyer initially paid you for the item and outward postage costs.
