ebay postage

I have been an ebay seller for a god few years now, however this new siomple delivery 'service' that they have introduced is deplorable in the extreme, it should be up to the sellers to be able to choose which postage/courier service they use, we are being dictated to as to how we send out our items and this is totally unfair and should not be allowed, I personally would not use such an unreliable firm such as evri who have a really bad reputation of late deliveries , missed dliveries, parcels left at the wrong addresses and left out in the open for anybody to steal, I would recommend (as I have done) that everybody complains to ebay about this ridiculous turn of events,

Agree that simple delivery isn't right for many ebay sellers - there wasn't really an issue with how it worked before. But I appreciate Hermes used to have a bad rep, hence the brand change to Evri - where we live, we've got a fantastic Evri courier and have never had an issue (so it really is down to experience with Evri!). I wouldn't have an issue using them.

That being said, Trustpilot indicates a far higher review score for Evri vs Royal Mail!
