ebay now over charging for postage

ahhh ebay now messing it up even more ,as now over charge on postage rates ,way to high !!

Tbh I haven’t been overcharged with postage 

then again I’ve been using custom delivery and where I’ve left the simple delivery it’s charged exactly what RM charge for small parcel ie 3.45 BUT 

now it seems RM small parcels 1-2kg are being charged at 5.15 

which MUST be a mistake as it’s so plainly wrong 

I would put it all down to a royal *male hen* up by eBay management rather than surreptitiously cooking the books

because they’ve been changing so many things in postage every other day week and month which is a sign of incompetence 

another thing is things having to go tracked 

I suppose this protects a seller to a greater extent but when you’re talking about sending a 1.50 music cd is it really necessary ? to add an extra pound and a bit on postage than is required? Not really so why do it

yes it really has gone right off, was not good, then it seemed to get better and prices near to RM, now back to where we started, I have a listing for 2kg but small parcel size and yes eBay says £5.15. This is ridiculous. I was just beginning to think it was vaguely workable. Who he heck is going to pay £5.15 for a small parcel? £1.70ish over the real amount

I'm not seeing a  10Kg parcel option, or a small parcel option. The prices for med parcel went up yesterday though.

I've seen three different listing pages whilst trying to list, seemingly offered at random, all three have different postal options.

The question is why eBay have done it

im sure eve williams might have an answer as to why the goal of making postage buying faster safer cheaper super duper better than before has gone so badly wrong for eBay lolz

All I can say is you cant get the staff these days and eBay doesn’t give a monkeys either about the mess they created and won’t fix unless pushed to

what can one say? Logic doesn’t come into it either 

they should be apologising for starters
