I drop Yodel parcels at my local Collect+ drop off. Certain boxes are collected by the (agency) driver, and certain other are left, then you get 'We came to collect your parcel but it wasn't available. Please rearrange your collection', on the tracking. Some I took on Thursday AM have only just been collected 4 days later on the Monday. Do they not want my business? Just wondered if this is happening at any other drop-off shops?
