Why is Global Shipping tracking never updated?

Anyone know why the Global Shipping Centre in Lichfield NEVER update their tracking to item received by them? This is especially relevant now due to the wonderful new payment rules. I've had items half way to the USA  and confirmation of delivery to Lichfield by the carrier BUT still comes up as "not received". Did they send a box of fresh air?-after all, my item was "not received"!!  This has happened for years-it's not new BUT if E-Bay insist on implementing these rules, they should ensure that their partners, ie. GSP, have WORKING systems in place. Is the system broken or is it laziness, incompetence or what?

I also have this  - item 286314004494 EVRI showing as delivered to GSP hub on 19 Feb but eBay tracking has not updated and my funds haven't been released. Very annoying. Can eBay help please?

Ebay are sh#te now. I think it's convenient for them to hold on to funds.....higher rate of interest? Many not being paid. I have one marked as delivered to the Lichfield Pitney Bowes. But no tracking on Pitney site. And no update on Ebay just says on way to evri hub. Yet on evri site says delivered to Lichfield so I demanded my money and got it. I'm quitting Ebay once find another way to sell.

I’m on the other side, UK buyer, bought few items from the US and it’s been delivered to eBay’s shipping hub in IL. One item has reached me and the other two still at the hub for over a week. I can see USPS delivered to them but it’s not picked up by the hub to process to me. Been in contact with eBay via email so many times and the so called “specialists” just skirt around the questions I ask of them and simply refuse to do anything. Apparently according to one of the “specialists” it’s in transit to me but that’s not what I can see from my end, neither is there any tracking. 
Once or if I ever receive these items, it will be the last time I use eBay.
