Companies don’t have to speak to you anymore like in the good old days you rang your local bank eg and spoke to someone
now you have to spend 2 minute listening go a recorded message by them talking c r app you’re not interested in before telling you what you can do by pressing this or the other
maybe
they transfer you to an overseas centre were you might not understand what they’re sayin
Or they like evri eBay and others enact robots to also keep your questions away because you give up …and they’re absolved of their responsibility there
but when a company actively ignores it users as eBay is doing now it’s more than stonewalling its strategy ???
Or they’re going with “the flow” so it’s not them that’s the problem
They say of prisoners don’t do the crime you won’t do the time or something
why don’t they say if you can’t implement a competent postage system just don’t even try it it will make you look really really bad so bad that newspapers and other publications have picked up on it ….????
