Simple Delivery - Refund on unused Labels, adding Tracking and marking as dispatched

Anyone found a way to get refund on unused SD labels. Ebay struggles to calculate correct delivery charges and I've sent number parcels at own cost. Can see Ebay have taken money for unissued labels, ie no tracking numbers ussued and items showing as not dispatched. I've used ParcelForce so how do I add Tracking number.

If you have had ...' Seller Pays' on your listing for postage,  and do not use the SD labels then you need to manually cancel those labels with the link below,  and to do this within 14 days.

Find and cancel your label from the link below.

To change / update tracking

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

You may need a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser,  try Chrome that seems to work well with eBay.

You have a menu for that in the seller hub:

and cancel you label....if the label is not used you'll get a refund

First link for Refund appeared to work second attempt just have to wait 14 days for refund.

Second part on Tracking not so good. Order had four items combined and Evri Bulk import assigns Tracking number to only one item. Thus Ebay states 'Partially Sent' and does not offer View Order Details button.

If label not used it then does not appear so can not be cancelled even though Ebay have taken payment

if you generate the label...the label exist and paid, but not scanned at
the drop off point..so you can get a refund...
