Just recently I havebought a number of items, sent by Royal Mail, that have not arrived. Some were not tracked, but the most recent failure was tracked - when I check on its status the message reads that information on tracking will be available when they attempt to deliver it, which is both meaningless and useless.
As a buyer I will no longer purchase anything to be sent by Royal mail, whether tracked or not,and, as a seller I will only use Evri.

Has a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery, and you have not received the items?
Then, if the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item. Open a case for each item not received.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

Royal mail have lost 7 of my items I have posted which has cost me 135 pounds in total there disgusting and I get no money back because they CBA replying to me

Interesting, I could substitute Evri for every mention of Royal Mail in your statement. An item shipped by Evri is just another endless exercise in "item not received."
