Royal Mail tracking not updating on ebay

I've noticed that all of a sudden none of my royal mail tracking numbers are updating on ebay and wondered if anyone else is having the same problem?? On Royal Mail they show as dropped off at the post office, etc but on ebay they've not even updated to say posted to buyer! Terrible timing now that i won't get my money until 2 days after the items show as delivered......which won't happen if the link between royal mail and ebay is broken.

How did you send the items? If it was via Royal Mail, then check on their website to confirm it shows delivery. The click on this link and get eBay cust services to call you. They can then check on RM site and get the ball rolling to release your funds.

Hi I have 2 items been delivered on time my custermers have said they
have them but on my tracking it shows not delivered what is happening

My Royal Mail tracking with GSP LICHFIELD has Stillington updated on Ebay although the Pitney Bowes own system showed it receive on the 14th. But I have finally been given payout as it is 2 weeks after the sale. Apparently they auto pay out after 2 weeks according to an Ebay rep I spoke to yesterday. So hopefully others will have some joy. It's just a bit nerve wracking not to have good tracking. I think it is a syncing problem between Royal Mail and Ebay, as my Evri parcel was checked into the GSP hub nice and quick, so although I usually find them less reliable, I may just switch to Evri for GSP!

I’m experiencing the very same thing with 2 items that have tracking but showing not delivered. They were both small enough to go 2nd class letter and n either showing delivered. Frustrating with these syncing issues. Neither buyer had raised a non delivery case

Having the same problem. Then having your funds on hold is annoying. I almost feel Ebay is penalising me for something i am not at fault on.  As soon as Ebay make changes it causes so many problems in other areas. Nothing ever runs smoothly anymore.

Hi, yes mine is exactly the same , royal mail 48 tracked. I always add tracking as soon as I've posted. Post should normally only take 3days, And with eBay not updating the tracking and with 2days after delivered payout, we can be waiting well over a week to get paid even though items delivered. It's like eBay are trying to hold on to funds as long as possible probably to gain interest. But it's very frustrating. So slow!!!!!! 😩

Yes it is and ebay are not letting you chuse what post service you can
use ha I couldn't get the address from the buyer until I asked for pre
paid post another con
