Parcel sent to Ebay Mail Centre Refused, without proper explanation

We have been told that a parcel sent to the mail centre has been refused, no real reason given, now being sent back, received at Ebay Hub on 16th October, now being told its being returned to us, but not until 27th October, why the delay and why can I not get answers on reason for return to us. Customer very anxious to receive product, why the delay, why was it refused, and who pays for additional postage??

Was this a GSP order that you sent to our hub, and it was refused or was it a normal order? If it was a GSP order, could you please confirm the item number, so we can take a further look?
