Packlink not creating labels, still charging.

Packlink are taking payment but not creating labels. Been using "Legacy tool" for months with no issues, they have been saying for months they are removing it shortly, does this mean it's gone? I Keep refrehing page but nothing, no email sent with label link. Tried cancelling and reorder label, same problem.

I had a problem this morning so went onto the old site, same problem.

BUT when I swapped from EVRI labels to UPS all ok

I've just received the labels thru, took 2 hours but they seem to have resolved whatever was causing the issue.

There was an issue from Evri's end causing disruptions. However, the issue was resolved by them very quickly. If you run into this again, please let us know and we will be happy to flag it for you.
